ABOUT
Morocco Brown has over 25 years of experience in the NFL as an Executive where he most recently was the Chief Personnel Executive for the Indianapolis Colts (2023-2025). Prior to that he served as the Director of College Scouting for the Colts (2017-2023) and has had 6 GM Interviews throughout his career.
Brown served as the Vice President of Player Personnel for the Cleveland Browns (2014-2016) where he was the principal executive under the GM. He headed both College and Pro Personnel departments which was one of the largest in the league. He ran Draft and Free Agency meetings, created the Player Personnel Manual and ran all June scout school meetings.
Prior to that, Brown spent six years as the Director of Pro Personnel for the Washington Commanders (2008-2014). There he managed pro-personnel transactions via Free Agency, Practice Squad, and waiver wire additions. In 2012 they were NFC East Champions and hosted a home Playoff game.
Brown was Assistant Director of Pro Personnel with the Chicago Bears for seven seasons (2001-2008). He was a part of 3 NFC North Division Championships, 1 NFC Conference Championship and 1 Super Bowl appearance in 2007.
Morocco entered the NFL in 2000 as a scouting intern for the Indianapolis Colts and then with the Washington Commanders. He also spent a year working as an intern at the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC).
Morocco was a four year letterman at North Carolina State University as a linebacker who led the Wolfpack in tackles for three straight seasons while being elected Captain as a senior. Brown signed as a free agent with the Pittsburgh Steelers in 1998. A native of Hampton, VA, Morocco graduated from North Carolina State in 1999 with a bachelor's degree in Sports Management.
Morocco lives in Florida with his wife, Kendra and three children Macari, Macaiden and Makailyn.
